### 🌙 Weekly Evening Meditation — Harajuku Community Center
Join our weekly evening meditation in a convenient yet peaceful community space near Harajuku.
We are an international group of people interested in meditation — from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Everyone is welcome.
🧘♀️ About the Club
Think of this as a Meditation Club — similar to a Running Club.
Just as runners train for physical well-being, we meditate for mental clarity and peaceful presence.
Like running, meditation benefits from consistency and awareness of progress. We encourage members to reflect on their mental wellness over time — sometimes even exploring scientific approaches such as EEG (Electroencephalogram) measurements to understand how meditation affects the brain.

- 19:00 – Meet at the center
- Gentle stretching
- Pranayama (Breathwork)
- Meditation Practice
- Sharing & Reflection Time
We’ve just started this club and plan to explore a variety of meditation styles — such as Zen, Guided Meditation, Walking Meditation, and Trataka (flame gazing).
