What we’re about
DC770 is a local group of Cybersecurity Defenders and Gadget Hackers. We have Dis-connected from DefCon based upon principle, although our members attend many local and national events.
We discuss all things Cyber from Ham radio to picking locks to hacking trains and just about anything or everything in between including Compliance and Security.
The latest gadgets, and the latest events, are also great topics to share.
We welcome everyone. This is a restaurant so young adults are also able to attend. FYI, most adults will be partaking in spirits.
We meet every first Tuesday of the month with very few exceptions, (icy conditions is about the only reason for cancelling).
Currently there is not a hybrid option available due to the signal reception at the venue....which is why we chose it, right?
We are a no-fee group, and as such Jefferson's in Cartersville is the best place for us to meet. You will have to be able to traverse down stairs to the basement for this meetup. We have privacy and are able to enjoy our meetup without disturbing or being disturbed by the regular patrons.
