What we’re about
This is a community class meaning there is no fixed rate. Come and pay what you can. The class is suitable for all levels and includes breath work, a short meditation, reclining poses, seated poses, and standing poses. The class is structured this way so that people with knee, hip, back, or other issues don’t have to struggle with repeatedly getting up and down.
While the class is suitable for the experienced and beginners I anticipate some newcomers to the class so if you are new to yoga you won’t be alone. Come try it.
