Sunrise Mountain West Loop
Details
Join us for a scenic hike on the Sunrise Mountain West Loop! This loop is about 5.8 miles long, takes around 3 hours, and climbs about 866 feet. The trail goes through the beautiful desert with rocky paths, desert plants, and wide views of the valley. Along the way, we’ll enjoy fresh air, open space, and great views from the mountain.
For the most accurate directions, please click the map in the “Location” section of the event. Sometimes copying and pasting the address may not take you to the exact trailhead.
Please bring water and wear proper hiking shoes. Trekking poles can also be helpful on the rocky and uphill parts of the trail. It’s also a good idea to arrive 15–20 minutes early, since parking can vary depending on how busy the trails are that day.
