LET Go: Move and Gobble (Lockhart)

LET Go crew - Get ready to rise and grind at the Chisolm Trail Turkey Trot! This exciting event is happening at Lockhart State Park this Saturday. We'll meet at the starting line, just west of the park's headquarters. You can choose to run, jog, or walk either a 5k or a 1-mile route—it's totally up to you! Your own race, your own pace!

While the race itself is free, please remember there's a $3 entrance fee for adults to enter the park. Good news for the kiddos though—children aged 12 and under can join in for free. To add to the fun, the top three male and female finishers of the 5k race will each win a turkey, generously provided by the awesome race sponsors.

You can check in between 7:00 and 8:45 a.m. where you will receive a raffle ticket. Both races start at 9:00a.m. The awards ceremony and raffle will take place at 10a.m. You must be present to win.
