Wir treffen uns kurz vor 19:00 Uhr bei Trude und laufen gemeinsam eine entspannte Runde (ca. 5km. Gruppe 1: pace 7:30-8:00; Gruppe 2: pace 6:30-7:00).
Danach essen und trinken wir noch etwas im Trude. Alle sind willkommen 🤗
