Jeremy’s personal journey with mindfulness began over 15 years ago as a way to overcome significant life challenges, including losing his religion and navigating major life transitions. He now dedicates his life to helping others find purpose, peace, and mental well-being through mindfulness. Jeremy’s teaching approach is interactive, practical, and fun—as an avid improvisor, he even integrates theatre games exercises into mindfulness workshops to make learning engaging and dynamic.
