Harassment Policy
The following procedure will be followed by Forest City Fun And Friendship Organizers in addressing complaints of harassment (engaging in a course of mean or disturbing comments or conduct that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome) by a member about another member:
In the event of accusations of harassment by and about a FCF&F member, the Organizers for FCF&F will ask for
· screenshots of any written verbal abuse
· name(s) of witness(es) that can verify offensive comment(s) made at an event
· name and method of contact for the offending member
Once the complaint(s) has been verified, consequences shall include a warning to potential expulsion from the group.
