What we’re about
For Three evenings each summer, there is a fireworks show in English Bay.
It is oriented to the west end: denman street especially.
It is also very enjoyable at KitZ Beach.
Advantage in watching from Kitz, there is musical entertainment on the Showboat.
Let's make it a triple header.
6 o'clock gather on the lawn in the park for bevvies and maybe munchies.
7 o'clock, either drift into the bench seating to enjoy the musicians,
Let's pick row 10 in line with the western edge of the stage,
Frank wears a floppy brimmed straw hat.
(The seating is not part of the bevvies area)
OR stay with the picnic.
The dB level is usually high enuf to be heard all the way to cornwall.

Bus 2, macDonald should be running on normal schedule until 10 p.m. LOL.
Translink might move the number 2 to 4th avenue. DUMB
Buses 4, 7, 14, 44, 84 run along 4th avenue
There is a bus lane westbound on cornwall until 6 p.m. wednesday, not saturday
Park there after 6 until lunch time+ next day.
.On Street free parking further west, --- virtually none other closer
