Yoga in Hermon Park

We’re two friends who went through yoga teacher training together and wanted to find a way to continue nurturing the sense of community we found there. Our intention is to reconnect with old friends and welcome new ones into a space that celebrates connection, mindfulness, and healing.

Our classes blend a combination of breathework, yoga postures and meditation and are accessible to all skill levels.

This is not a commercial event. It is free and open to the community.
