Our friendly trainers will be there to ensure you stay on track, providing modifications and tips to help you succeed. Whether you’re just starting out or returning to fitness, this workout is perfect for you! 😊

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class will guide you through gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and poses to help you center yourself for the week ahead. 🌸✨

Bring your own mat and come ready to find your inner calm in a supportive and peaceful atmosphere. No prior experience required—just bring yourself and an open mind! 💫

🌅 Weekend Walk: From Fort Tanjong Katong to Siglap Canal Lookout Deck

📍 Meeting Point: TE24 Katong Park MRT (Passenger Service/Control Station)
🕙 Meeting Time: 3:45PM
🕒 Duration: Around 1.5 – 2 hours (leisure pace)
📏 Distance: Approx. 5 km

Join us for a relaxed weekend walk from Fort Tanjong Katong Park through scenic East Coast green corridors, ending at the Siglap Canal Lookout Deck. Along the way, we’ll enjoy sea breezes, quiet park connectors, and great company!

We’ll take it easy, with short breaks for photos and chats. Perfect for anyone looking to get some gentle exercise, explore the East Coast area, or just unwind outdoors.
