Experience a deeply relaxing, two-practitioner guided journey combining the healing power of sound and Reiki energy. Crystal singing bowls, chakra chimes, gongs, wave drums, and other instruments from various cultures create a meditative soundscape designed to release stagnant energy, restore balance, and elevate your vibration.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on.

Optional comfort items: blanket, pillow, eye mask, floor cushion

*If you require special seating, please bring what is needed, and position yourself along a wall to allow others a clear path in case of emergency.

*Respect the flow: If the multipurpose room doors are closed upon arrival, the previous session may still be in progress. Please remove your shoes and wait quietly until the doors are open--no earlier than 4:45pm.
