The Atlanta Social Exchange is a food, event and travel social club for everyone! Our motto is "Do Something Different and Expand Your Social Circle. The goal is to have FUN participating in unique events around Atlanta with a diverse group of people, that will include outdoor activities, culinary explorations, cultural outings, educational events, volunteer work and travel opportunities If you are looking for things to do or places to eat you are in the right spot!

Our co-ed floor, or “Jjimjilbang” is home to our not-to-be missed specialty mineral saunas, which we invite you to experience in sequence for optimal results.
At Spa Land, we take the concept of a “day spa” to a whole new level – or three to be exact, with our Women’s side, Men’s side, The Family-Friendly JJIMJILBANG.
- Soak in one of the ornate baths, which are modeled after traditional Asian and European spas around the world.
- Afterwards, change into a pair of comfortable gym shorts and gym shirt and experience the rest of Spaland.
- If you would like a pair of Sauna Uniforms, you may ask for a pair at the locker room counter.
- Venture through our facility, and enjoy our Spa Pools, Sauna and steam rooms, and numerous Lounge and Relaxing areas.
- To purchase snacks, spa services, or products, just scan your Key and sign for the item.

- Parking is included in our attached covered parking garage. Please bring your parking ticket with you to receive validation.

- While not required, we recommend bringing a yoga mat along with you.
- Participants will be required to sign a waiver before the class.
