2026 Academy Award Rewatch: HAMNET

With the Oscars coming up,, what better way to prepare than to re-watch at least some of the nominees for Best Picture back on the big screen. Or if you have yet to see this one, like me, now's the chance to enjoy before all the hoopla of the Academy Awards begins!

Starring Jesse Buckley and Paul Pescal, and directed by Chloé Zhao, this story looks at the loss of Shakespeare's son, the effect on the family, and the writing of Hamlet. Gorgeously shot and widely critically acclaimed, this is classic cinema.
