After a stressful year for so many of us, we all need a Day of Peace.
This event is hosted by the San Jose Woman's Club in collaboration with Be The Change Collective and Farmworker Caravan.
I will be doing a free breathwork session. We will be having learning sessions in Qi Gong, Yoga, Mahjong, Crocheting, Knitting & Needlepoint and much much more!
So, we are inviting you to relax, reflect and rejuvenate your body, mind and heart at the Day of Peace on Sunday, February 22 from 12-4pm at the San José Woman’s Club at 75 South 11th Street in downtown San José.
It’s free admission and everyone, young and old, members and non-members and all genders are welcome to attend!
EVENT GUIDELINES:
No politics allowed.
Verbally or visually.
No heels allowed. Wear quiet shoes & dress comfortably.
No phones. Turn your cell on silent or vibrate.
No loud or boisterous behavior.

BREAKING BREAD TABLES
These tables will be a welcome gathering place to converse and break bread with others. There will be a box of conversation starters on the table which will be passed around so you can get to know yourself and others better.
