🧭 What We'll Do
We’ll begin with a simple walking meditation rooted in traditions from Indigenous cultures, Sufi mysticism, and Tibetan Buddhist practice—all of which use walking as a way to focus the mind, open the heart, and mark inner transformation.
This version is not religious, not performative. It’s just a quiet, shared way to move through intention and reflection together.
We’ll walk back and forth across the field seven times. Each time has a simple focus. You can say the prompt out loud or silently to yourself as you walk.
🔁 The 7 Walks
- Let Go – “I release what I don’t need anymore.”
- Call In – “I welcome what I need most.”
- Forgive – “I forgive myself and others.”
- Love – “I choose love even when it’s hard.”
- Allow – “I allow life to move through me.”
- Remember – “I remember who I am.”
- Thank You – “Thank you for this walk, this body, this day.”
Afterward, we’ll gather briefly in a circle. You’re welcome to share a word or gesture—or just take a breath and be.

- No bathroom on-site.
West Side Social Club is across the street and may allow restroom use if you purchase a beverage—please be respectful. - Bring:
Comfortable shoes, water, and layers if needed. - Dogs:
Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome if calm in groups.
