Jenny began her career at Westpac in 2012, where she built a strong foundation in residential and investment lending, credit assessment, and client solutions. In 2018, she founded Grab Home Loans, a mortgage brokerage focused on delivering transparent, tailored lending strategies. Under her leadership, Grab Home Loans has earned over 228 five-star Google reviews, reflecting Jenny’s commitment to client outcomes and long-term relationships. In 2022, Jenny co-founded Alan’s Property Services, expanding her involvement into property-related solutions to better support clients beyond lending alone. Recognising the growing need for structured and ongoing loan support, she went on to co-found Finance First Group in 2023, a mortgage management business that provides end-to-end loan solutions, reviews, and ongoing strategy for clients at every stage of their financial journey. Continuing her vision of integrated services, Jenny became a co-founder of HT Legal & Co Group in 2025, creating a one-stop-shop model that brings together finance, legal, and property expertise to deliver a seamless and efficient client experience. Jenny specialises in helping clients structure their lending strategically — not just to secure loans, but to support wealth creation, risk management, and long-term financial goals. • Kshitij (KJ) Patel is a national buyer’s agent and Director of AAR Realty (WA), known for his data‑driven approach to multi‑state property investing. He helps Australians build strategic portfolios using research, analytics, and long‑term planning. As a property investor and founder of PropPortfolio, KJ brings together real‑world experience and data modelling to improve decision‑making and reduce risk. • Peter Vickers has been involved in advising on superannuation for about 40 years. He is a Chartered Accountant, registered tax agent, SMSF auditor and registered investment advisor. He advises on both accumulation phase and pension phase in superannuation and also on the benefits of running your own Self Managed Superannuation Fund.
