Wollongong Wednesday Walk and Optional Rock Pool Dip 🌿

Hello all,
Flagstaff Lighthouse → Blue Mile Walk to The Lagoon → Ocean Rock Pool
Join me for a relaxed mid-week morning walk along Wollongong’s stunning coastline.
I’ll be at Flagstaff Lighthouse from 5:45am for anyone who’d like to join me early to watch the sunrise and ease into the morning together.
If sunrise isn’t your thing, I’ll see you at 6:30am at the lighthouse and we’ll begin the walk from there.
From Flagstaff, we’ll head along the Blue Mile walkway, passing North Beach and continuing to the end of the path at The Lagoon, before turning back the same way towards Diggies.
Once we reach Diggies, anyone keen can grab a coffee and for those who don’t need to rush off, you’re very welcome to join me afterward for a refreshing dip in the rock pool — completely optional, no pressure at all.
This walk is part of Trail Mates — a community centred around movement in nature, starting the day well, and connecting in a relaxed, down-to-earth way.
