Can you believe it’s been five years since Walter van der Harst took the initiative to bring FinOps Practitioners together for the first time in The Netherlands? Five years may feel like a blink in tech, but in FinOps maturity, that’s a lifetime.
Since then, we've seen huge developments in the world of FinOps. More awareness, more practitioners, and amazing events, like FinOps X Amsterdam just last month. But if there’s one thing we keep hearing from the hands-on practitioners in the community, it’s this:
