Tuesday Night Online Meditation Study Group

Looking to unwind and connect with fellow meditators after a long day? Join our Tuesday Night Online Meditation Study Group for a light-hearted, warm, and inviting session on Zoom. We meet every Tuesday from 9:00 PM to 9:45 PM to share our love of meditation. Whether you’re a curious beginner or have been meditating for years, you’ll find a friendly community here. This weekly event is all about relaxing together, learning from each other, and enjoying a peaceful end to your day.

Event Schedule
• 9:00–9:10 PM – Meet & Greet: We start with a casual hello! Grab your tea or get cozy in your space. This is a chance to introduce ourselves, share how our week is going, and settle in.
• 9:10–9:25 PM – Topic Discussion: Next, we explore a meditation-related topic. Each week features a short reading or theme (like mindfulness tips, breathing techniques, or staying motivated). Everyone is welcome to chime in with thoughts or questions. It’s a relaxed conversation – no lecture, just friends learning together.
• 9:25–9:45 PM – Group Meditation: Finally, we enjoy a 20-minute group meditation. One of our members will lead a guided meditation based on the week’s topic. All you need to do is get comfortable, breathe, and enjoy the calm vibes. We wrap up feeling refreshed and connected!

Joining & Preparation
• Online via Zoom: This is an online event. You’ll get the Zoom meeting link when you RSVP (or check the event details). Make sure you have Zoom installed and ready before 9 PM.
• Quiet, Comfy Space: Plan to join from a quiet spot with dim lighting. A calm environment will help you relax and get the most out of the meditation. Feel free to light a candle or wear your comfiest sweatpants – whatever puts you at ease!
• Camera On (If Possible): We encourage everyone to keep their camera on. Seeing each other’s friendly faces helps us feel more connected as a group. Don’t worry about looking perfect – we’re all here to unwind!
• Participation: This is a group experience, so jump into the discussion! You’re invited to share your thoughts on the weekly topic or ask any questions. No pressure to be an expert – we’re all learning and growing together. Your perspective is valuable and helps spark great conversations.

Who Can Join?

Anyone and everyone! 🙂 Our group is open to all experience levels. If you’re brand new to meditation, you’ll find support and simple techniques to get started. If you’re a seasoned meditator, your insights and presence will enrich the group. We’re united by a shared love for meditation and a desire to connect with like-minded people.

Newcomers are especially welcome. If it’s your first time, don’t be shy – we’re a very friendly bunch! This is a judgment-free, pressure-free space. Come as you are and feel free to just listen in or participate as much as you like.
