Breathe to the Beat + Sound Bath

Join me for an evening of deep release and rhythmic reconnection.

Breathe to the Beat is a guided breathwork experience designed to help you drop into your body, clear emotional blocks, and reconnect to your inner rhythm, all to a curated music set that moves energy through the system. The session will end with a soothing sound bath to anchor the nervous system, allowing you to integrate, restore, and realign.
