This all-level class combines slow-flow yoga with myofascial release using a therapy ball to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and bring balance to the body and mind. With mindful, guided movements, you'll gently open tight areas, realign posture, and feel more connected to yourself—physically and emotionally.

Whether you're new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, you’ll leave this class feeling refreshed, empowered, and more at home in your body.
