Stretch & Sip Social
Moodswing Denver, 3625 E 48th Ave, Denver, CO 80216, Denver, CO, USOverview
A unique sliding scale ($10 min*) yoga class followed by optional social games and delicious coffee available for purchase.Just $10 covers the yoga and social facilitation. (Higher contributions are always super appreciated!) Space is limited, so paying in advance is recommended to secure your slot. Cash or digital payment options are accepted at the event as well.
The Yoga (arrive by 9:15, class is 9:30-10:30)
Slow it down, line it up, and switch things on. We won't rush through poses. In this woo-free practice, we'll move slowly and intentionally, with lots of anatomical cues and a focus on soothing breath. Expect both strengthening and stretching, w/ options to leave what you don't need. Bad jokes included. The Community
We invite you to stay for some optional facilitated community connection following the asana practice. We usually play a quick fun/funny game, hit the cafe, then continue with casual social games or conversation. Laughs & smiles are guaranteed. The Commitment
