Innovating for Safer and Smarter Mobility through “Smart Traffic Fund”

To promote smart mobility in Hong Kong, a HK$1 billion Smart Traffic Fund (STF) was established by the HKSAR Government providing funding support to local organisations or enterprises for research and application projects of vehicle-related innovations and technologies, aiming to enhance the convenience of motorist, enhance efficiency of the road network or road space and improve driving safety.

HKSTP TecONE will co-organise a sharing session with Hong Kong Productivity Council about STF on 6 November, 2025 (Thursday) at Idea Lab, Hong Kong Science Park. The Secretariat of STF will introduce the Fund, followed by a successful case sharing from a STF grantee. Afterwards, feel free to mingle with industry experts and consult with the Secretariat for follow up opportunities.
