RULES
Rude behaviour or disrespectful attitudes will not be tolerated.
All speakers will be given 90 seconds at a time to speak without interruption.
Chairperson (Tim) has right to remove, mute, or interrupt at any time.

Format for meeting:

Short individual statement of proposed agenda. Ideally 2-3 mins.
If a theme is identified, then that will be main discussion.
Or
Individual agenda items can be discussed for a defined timeframe.
