This powerful insight inspired us to create a hands-on session sharing practical techniques to ‘act’ your way toward career growth. Adults are more likely to act their way into a new way of thinking than to think their way into a new way of acting.
When we try something new, then observe the results, how it feels, how others respond, only then can we reflect and look for the lessons (to take onboard or not). “How can I know who I am until I see what I do?”
We want to spark action-oriented conversations amongst peers in a friendly community setting.
Join us as Daniel Hill, an Agile Coach passionate about unlocking potential, will guide us through interactive exercises: redefining your role, extending your network and exploring your sense of self in a playful way.
