Coffee, Language Exchange & Make New Friends ☕🌏

Join us for the very first Melbourne Global Circle meetup — a relaxed afternoon of coffee, conversation, language exchange, and meeting new people from around the world.

This event is perfect if you’re new to Melbourne, an international student, on a working holiday or temporary visa, or simply looking to expand your social circle and meet people from different cultures.
You don’t need to be fluent in another language, and you don’t need to come with a friend.

Just come as you are, grab a coffee, and join the conversation. ☕🌏
We’ll keep things casual and friendly, with plenty of opportunities to:

If you’re a little shy or introverted, don’t worry — you definitely won’t be the only one. We want this to be an easygoing event where everyone feels welcome.
There’s no formal networking and no pressure. The goal is simply to have a good conversation, meet a few new people, and hopefully leave with some new friends and plans for the next meetup.

The café is located in the fully covered Howey Place laneway, so you won’t have to worry too much about Melbourne’s unpredictable rain or wind. We can enjoy our coffee and conversations in a relaxed, sheltered setting whatever the weather decides to do!
