When we combine meditation (conscious presence) with hugging it creates something wonderful - a powerful space for safe connection and transformation.
When two people come together in conscious, safe embrace for an extended time, the connection of the two energy systems enable us to let go of negative thoughts and patterns. We are held by another and by our own self love.

The process will involve checking in and creating the necessary personal safety boundaries. There will then be a grounding mediation before moving into the workshop meditation.
This is a chance for you to explore yourself while being held in a safe, clear way.
About your hosts / facilitators;
Adrian is a trained coach, facilitator and African drummer. Have has trained in a number of coaching methods (the journey, NLP) and has also facilitated men's circles.
Tegan Clancy is a reiki practitioner, astrologer and facilitates new/full moon meditations. She loves human connection and hugging and is experienced in one on one and group work.
