8-Week Chakra Healing Journey with Voice for Spirit – Connie Rose

A progressive mind–body–spirit cleansing journey within the Energy Enhancement System
Step into a transformative 8-week immersion designed to realign your energy, deepen your self-understanding, and restore harmony throughout your entire being. Each week focuses on one chakra emotionally, physically, and spiritually, exploring the organs, memories, and lived experiences connected to each energy centre.
Guided within the powerful field of the Energy Enhancement System, you will receive the healing frequency of love as it flows through your mind, body, and soul. Detox salts are included to support your cleansing process between sessions and assist your energetic system as it shifts and recalibrates.

A guided healing meditation will be completed each week to deepen your connection and activate the chakra we are working with.
What You Will Explore Each Week
Week 1: Root Chakra (Monday Feb 9th 6:30pm-8:30pm)

Grounding, safety, stability. Explore your foundation, survival patterns, and the organs connected to your sense of physical security.
Week 2: Sacral Chakra (Monday Feb 16th 6:30pm-8:30pm)

Creativity, pleasure, emotional flow. Understand your emotional expression, intimacy, and the energetic influence on the reproductive and fluid systems.
Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra (Monday Feb 23rd 6:30pm-8:30pm)

Personal power, self-worth, and boundaries. Connect with your inner fire and the digestive systems it influences.
Week 4: Heart Chakra (Monday March 2nd 2026)

Compassion, love, and forgiveness. Explore emotional wounds, heart-centred relationships, and the heart and lung connection.
Week 5: Throat Chakra (TUESDAY March 10th 2026)

Expression, communication, and truth. Heal blockages around speaking clearly and understand the influence of this centre on the thyroid and vocal system.
Week 6: Third Eye Chakra (Monday March 16th 2026)

Intuition, vision, and mental clarity. Strengthen your inner guidance and insight.
Week 7: Crown Chakra (Monday March 23rd 2026)

Spiritual connection, higher consciousness, and expanded awareness. Explore your connection to higher guidance and your sense of oneness.
Week 8: Integration Week (Monday March 30th 2026)

A full-system realignment and harmonisation. Anchor balance, clarity, and wholeness across all seven chakras, supported by a final integration meditation.
