A Friday ride mostly on sealed paths with a few roads. Suits intermediates.
Ride: We ride out to Keilor and keep going to St Albans (lunch) then onto Kororoit Creek path and more to Williamstown before returning to town.

Type of bike: Any if you can climb a few short hills on it (ie nothing too heavy)
Speed: Sitting on 25 km/h on flat ground, give or take. Not too slow or fast
