Levelling The Playing Field - Performance Reviews

This is the second in our 2022 series "Levelling The Playing Field", taking a look at the role Performance Reviews play in advancing women into leadership in technology.

Somewhere between 50-56% of women working in tech careers, abandon tech altogether mid-career. The data behind this egregious stat shows that the reasons lie in inequitable workplaces where systemic barriers derail career advancement at critical points.

None moreso than the performance review.......

Brendan Humphries (Head of Eng at Canva) will be taking us through why it happens, how it plays out and how technology leaders can change it.
Kurt Brown (Delivery Leader at DiUS) will then facilitate collaboration in the group to help solidify the concepts so we all leave with something practical to apply.
