Men's Tribe

This is the first of what I hope to be many occasions where we can come together, share our thoughts and feelings around topics that relate to men.
A topic will be pre selected per session to discuss and reflect on our experience, struggles or triumphs relating to the issue.
The objective of this activity is to provide a safe and supportive environment, free of judgement and ridicule so that we can share our thoughts and innermost vulnerability.

As respect for one another, I would like to request that no advice is given during the sharing process. Every person has their journey and no one person's perspective is the truth over another's.

I will serve warm ceremonial grade Cocoa from Peru on arrival to help open up our hearts whilst we share one by one.
We will also do some short meditations to clear our mind.

I will attempt to get a fire going so that we can share some warmth under the stars but do bring some warm clothes as it's starting to get a bit nippy.
