Some research suggests that the average person has around 60,000 thoughts per day, with 75% of them being repetitive and 95% being negative.

That's a lot of hashtag#Mindchatter hashtag#ImposterSyndromeThinking

Negative thinking can have you feeling down on yourself, your future and the world.

Maybe yours can sound a bit like this?
+++++++++++++++++++++++++
"I've got to look for a job, but I can't take the rejection"
"I haven't looked for a job in decades"
"I just got laid off, I can't do this at this stage!"
"You just aren't good enough"
"I'm new to the workforce!"
"Nobody here looks like me"
"I didn't go to college!"
"I just came to this country"
"I'm not a fit for this group"
"I just completed my study and now I'm practicing"
"I'm the 'only one' on my team"
"English is not my first language"
"I don't even know how to network for a new job"
"I'm not the right person for this job"
"I don't know this tool that well"
"I've just started!"
"I am the oldest person on the team?"
"I'm the youngest person on the team?"
"I didn't grow up like these folks"

These are all examples of the types of thoughts that can take up space in our brains. They are the examples of 'Imposter Syndrome' thinking.

Each one of these thoughts can create a lot or a little negative emotion and we can make ourselves crazy or sick with this type of thinking.

In this session we'll cover - "Imposter Syndrome" thinking.

What is it?
Where does it come from?
How does it tie to self-sabotaging behaviors?
How do we tackle this?
How do we prevent it?
How can I free myself of the prison of my own thinking?
How can I move from self-sabotage to self-mastery?

✨ You can do this!

In this session, you'll get started on your journey toward mental fitness and turning down the volume of "Imposter Syndrome" Thinking.

✨ You'll get resources and options to take action!
