Move your life forward with purpose.We are a group of men that meet weekly. Regular attendees do not always RSVP but we usually have 12 men present. Expect a frank and confidential space where you can speak personally, engage in interesting conversations or get support for your personal goals.

Guests are welcome but it's pretty casual so make sure you are expected in case we move outdoors to the park.

MDI Men's Circle in Kitchener Cambridge Area
South Central Kitchener, Kingsway,, Kitchener, ON, CAWe are a men's group where you can expect a frank and confidential space to speak personally, engage in interesting conversations or get support for your personal goals.
This team meets weekly and includes men from the Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge area. Our group is part of Mentor Discover Inspire (MDI).This week's main exercise will focus on "Identity Based Habits - from Atomic Habits" You will learn about yourself and others, gaining some new ideas to help improve your life.
