Meet our panelists:

Harry Frieland, Esq. - Of Counsel with Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C.
Harry Frieland, Esq. has more than 50 years of experience and is currently active in Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C.'s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice comprises all aspects of real estate law with a particular focus on the areas of residential and commercial real estate development, real estate leasing, real estate acquisitions, and sales and secured lending. He represents both landlord and tenant parties in preparing and negotiating office, industrial, and retail leases for properties in New Jersey and New York. He acts on behalf of individuals and private developers in the acquisition, development, and sale of commercial and residential properties.

Felicia Ekejiuba, Esq. - Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. - Principal & Managing Attorney, Evictions
As a member of the Creditor’s Rights Department with Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., Ms. Ekejiuba focuses her practice on representation of corporate clients in post-foreclosure sale evictions and Landlord and Tenant matters and has over 20 years of experience.

Daniel Straffi, Jr., Esq. - Straffi & Straffi Attorneys at Law
Daniel Straffi, Jr. focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses in the areas of bankruptcy, divorce, and criminal defense. Christian M. Hibinski, Esq. - Hibinski Law, LLC
