Chester County Trails Hike

Metrotrails: NJ, PA, NY Metropolitan Area Hiking and More!
Details
This hike will be a point to point on two different major trails that follow pleasant woods, fields, and back roads though Chester County Pennsylvania: The Horse-Shoe Trail and the Brandywine Trail.
After meeting in Marsh Creek State Park, we will shuttle with as few vehicles as possible north to Warwick County Park to begin our hike. We'll do some other side trails at the start before getting on the Horse-Shoe Trail through the old charcoal production woods. There is an observation deck near the start of this.
We'll make our way east along the French Creek a bit, and after Warwick, maybe a stop at a local winery.
We'll continue through Welkinweir and to areas east through woods and fields, to the northern terminus of the Brandywine Trail, which we will follow for the remainder of the trip on pleasant back roads.
