Phillipsburg - Easton New Years First Day Hike!

Join us for a great New Years Day tradition we have been hosting annually for over 15 years!
We had such a fantastic time in Phillipsburg last year that we're going to do it us slightly different and cover some more area stuff! Some area trails, historic sites, and we've once again arranged a tour with our friends at the Phillipsburg PU Union Tower that once controlled the rail yard! We'll have an extended break there, and then continued onward north.
The plan is we will touch on some of the future Warren Highlands Trail reroute, then cross over to Karl Stirner Arts Trail into Easton to finish off the hike. We're looking at doing about 15 miles as usual.
The hike will feature Morris Canal sites including two inclined planes, four historic railroads, of course the tower, remnants of the Delaware Park area, and many historic bridges.
This is always an epic way of starting the new year.
