Biking Kensington Metropark paved trail.

I recently I started biking again after about 4 years being off. So, on Sunday July 20 I will be biking Kensington's paved trail. It's about a 8.5 mile loop trail. Then we will cut over to Island Lake State Recreation Area by way of the paved connector going underneath I-96. Biking the paved trail that is an out and back trail in Island Lake. About 8 miles I believe. Totaling about 16.5 miles.

Meet at 9 am and start biking at 9:15 am.

We will meet at the Martindale beach parking lot next to the trail.

Not sure on the speed we will be doing. I need to work on my biking legs.
