Event Description:
Small-sided soccer game with good music playing the whole time. Come and meet new friends that love to have a good time! If you haven't played soccer then don't worry we'll guide you every step of the way!**Please wear flats or indoor shoes/turf shoes - no cleats for safety**
Anyone can join the club whether you played soccer before or never played. We do not care about where you are from nor how good anybody is. We create an atmoSphere where everyone is welcome to come have fun playing together, working out, and meeting new people. At Sphere we emphasize the human connection. This is the reason why we always have events happening including happy hour first thursday of every month #letskickit

The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method that coordinates movement, breath and mental focus. The Gyrokinesis Method is practiced on a mat and chair without equipment. Without the feedback and guidance of equipment, participants in a Gyrokinesis class are more dependent on their own proprioception to explore movement sequences.Fun fact: In it’s very early days Gyrokinesis was ”yoga for dancers”
