What weβre about
Welcome to Mid-Hudson Millennials
If you're looking for fun activities, new friends, and cool experiences, then jump aboard! This group is meant to bring together millennials who live in or near the Hudson Valley. While typically a millennial is anyone born from 1981 to 1996, we'd definitely welcome folks a couple years younger or older :)
And don't let the group name fool ya. Though many of us are from the Mid-Hudson area, there's fun to be had all over, be it Albany, NYC, CT, NJ or PA!
Below are some of the things we have done together and want to do more of:
- Dinner and/or drinks
- Art Museums
- Hiking, Gardens, and the Great Outdoors
- Indoor Rock Climbing
- Movie Nights and Game Nights
- Skate Nights!
- Concerts, Fairs, Festivals and Theme Parks
- Outdoor Sports Days
- and so much more!
We'd love to meet more of our generational cohorts in the area and create some cool memories. Look forward to meeting you.
Oh, and we post our event flyers on Instagram! https://www.instagram.com/midhudsonmillennials/
RULES:
1. This group is meant to be a welcoming environment for people of various backgrounds and beliefs. So with that said, mind your manners, don't be cringe, and join us with a positive attitude.
2. Do your best to avoid no-showing after you RSVP an event. If you know you cannot make an event, please change your RSVP as soon as possible (preferably with more than 24 hours notice). Some events may have attendee limits, so we would want to make sure that folks who really want to go have a chance to attend.
3. Have fun!

One More Great Adventure!
Six Flags Great Adventure, 1 Six Flags Blvd, Jackson Township, NJ, USAll Hallows' Eve is soon upon us!
Spend a spooky Saturday with friends at Six Flags Great Adventure!
The tentative plan is to spend the daytime exploring the park, enjoying rides, and playing games. In the evening we will check out Fright Fest πππ§
The park's hours are 10:30am - 12am, with Fright Fest running from 6pm -12am. Admission to the park is separate from the Haunted Attractions.
Ticket prices vary depending on if you're planning a single visit...or if you choose to get a season pass. I would say the 2026 Gold season pass is most economical as it covers multiple general admission visits and parking the rest of this year and also next year.
You can choose whether or not you want to go the haunted houses add-on once you're at the park, as they sell them there too.
Info on season passes can be found here: Fright Fest presented by SNICKERS | Six Flags Great Adventure (scroll down to the Halloween Products section)
Given the distance and length of this event, some of us may be carpooling. A couple folks may decide to spend the night in the area as well. As the date approaches, we will have a group message to iron out travel plans for those interested.
BONUS - If I stay overnight, I may visit the 'Grounds for Sculpture' sculpture park and museum Sunday. It's nearby in Hamilton New Jersey. If anyone is up for that, let me know. Stay tuned!
