New to KC or find yourself driving through a neighborhood and think you’d liked to stop and explore? Now’s your chance…each exploring hike will cover a different area of KC and surrounding areas.
This leg is Brookside to South Plaza. Meet in the parking lot by BKS Artisan Ales. This is where we will begin, heading west down 63rd towards the Trolley Trail, then to Martin City Tavern at South Plaza. Here you can enjoy a beverage or snack before we turn and head back to BKS.
We will begin the hike at 1 o’clock. Martin City Tavern is approximately 2.5 miles from BKS. We will turn and head back to BKS via same route making the hike approximately 5 miles with approximately 30 minute break at Martin City Taproom.
