
What we’re about
We love bushwalking and meditating. Events posted here offer gentle guided mindful walk coupled with meditations. We encourage a lot of deep discussions, open conversations and heaps of stupid questions. We will also have periods of guided and supported mindful walk to help you experience forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku). Also we understand that not everyone responds to silence the same way. We do our best to help support you during your journey, so please do come join us on one of our walks.
If you have never meditated before, this is an excellent opportunity to give it a go. If you are a seasoned meditator, we are most delighted to welcome you. So please do join us, no matter where you are in your mindfulness journey.
