I’m Aditi, founder of Move to Thrive — a practice inspired by my roots in Indian dance, philosophy, and a deep belief that movement can heal, transform, and reconnect us to what’s essential.
This group is dedicated to exploring the powerful connection between body, mind, and spirit through mindful movement, creativity, and community.
