What we’re about
Girlfriends who love a chat welcome! We are a small and friendly group aged 60-70+ based on the southern end of the coast who meet a few times a month for morning walks and breakfast, morning tea, lunch or other activities. There are many larger groups out there, but to maintain our smaller gatherings we have decided to cap membership to keep our group small and form closer friendships. Although currently closed, we may have some spaces opening up soon. Our group suits those who do not need to belong to numerous groups, and are looking for closer friendships. It is intended that members will attend regularly to further extend our friendships. As such, meet up costs will need to be shared by members, and these have increased considerably this year. Therefore, to remain in our group, a yearly contribution of $40 is required, payable on joining. We are happy to meet at one of our activities for a trial before joining to see if we are what you are looking for.
