### Who should attend

AI vs Expert is an interactive community forum designed to help women, new moms, business owners and allies explore when to rely on generative AI and when human insight matters most. No tech experience required !

### What to expect

This isn’t a lecture it’s a live experiment combining AI technology, local expertise, and authentic community voices.
Sessions include:

• 9:00 AM | Early Motherhood – Navigating postpartum recovery, identity, and support systems in the age of AI.
• 10:15 AM | Women’s Wellness – Fitness, functional medicine, fertility, and mental health: where can AI help or hurt?
• 11:30 AM | Business Ownership – How women founders can use AI to scale, strategize, and stay human-centered.

Each session features live AI prompting, expert commentary, and audience participation.
