Sessions Woods - Beaver Pond & Tunxis Trails

B-level 6-mile hike on the Beaver Pond Trail and part of the Blue Tunxis Trail, with a trek to the Freeman Hill Brook Falls.
This loop trail takes you to Sessions Woods Wildlife Management Area. It leads through the forest and features scenic streams, a small waterfall, bridges, interesting rock formations. The trail is well-maintained but be prepared for rocky spots and steep sections. Bring bug spray to protect against mosquitoes.

Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early because we plan to start promptly at the time listed. No pets.
What to bring: clothing layers (no jeans), backpack, water and snacks, personal first aid and meds, hiking footwear, bug spray and poles.
