Candlelight Slow Flow Yoga & Soundbath

Ease into your week with an evening of gentle movement, deep breath, and soothing sound. In this candlelit class, we’ll move through a slow flow designed to release tension, calm the mind, and invite balance into the body.

After movement, settle into stillness and be carried by the healing tones of a restorative sound bath—singing bowls, chimes, and vibrations that guide you into deep relaxation.

This class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and begin your week with intention and peace.

45 minute all level friendly yoga with a 15 minute savasana sound bath.

Join Tuesday evening's from 6-7pm for a relaxing 45 minute gentle slow flow yoga class followed by a 15 minute soundbath savasana (resting pose). All levels friendly.

Slow Flow/Gentle Yoga: slow, trauma-informed wording and accessibility for all bodies. Breaking down poses to help you access them. Using breath to movement with cueing. No experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, blocks, bolster, water or whatever you need for a gentle, slow flow yoga. Gentle Yoga: 6-6:45pm

Sound Bath: You will want mat or blanket to lay on, & to cover up with as your body self regulates, your temperature will lower in this state of rest as the music and frequency flows through your body. A true state of relaxation for mind, body, soul.

Sound bath: 6:45-7pm
If you do not have a yoga mat, we will have extra available.

Beginner friendly, No experience necessary!

Join yoga instructors from Mindful School of Yoga for this Saturday series at Blandford! These indoor classes will incorporate posture, breath-work, and meditation in a room overlooking the forests of Blandford.

You must bring your own yoga mat. We also suggest bringing a beach towel or blanket to lay your may upon. No previous experience necessary!

Park at Blandford Nature Center (1715 Hillburn Ave NW). Carpool or take the bus (Line 7) to conserve energy and protect the planet!!
This program is recommended for ages 13 and up, but younger children may attend if they are registered and supervised by a registered adult.

Registration is Required.

Member Adult or Child: $12
Non-Member Adult or Child: $15
2 and Under: Free (registration still required)

Cancellation & Refund policy: We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment. If the Blandford Visitor Center closes due to inclement weather or if we cancel the class due to low enrollment, we will email to notify you of the class cancellation, and your registration will be moved to the next available date. No refunds will be given.
