What we’re about
Welcome to our group – Connecting Through Wellbeing
Our goal is to create a supportive, inclusive community where individuals can explore mindfulness, mental health, and creative expression. We aim to help people connect with themselves, others, and nature through engaging workshops, nature walks, and wellness-focused activities.
We’re looking to meet people of all ages who are seeking ways to enhance their emotional well-being, reduce stress, and build meaningful connections. Whether you're navigating mental health challenges, feeling isolated, or simply want to try something new, you'll find a welcoming space here.
At our events, you can expect activities such as mindfulness based sessions, creative workshops, LEGO-based stress relief, and nature connection activities. Together, we’ll reflect, share, and grow in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Join us to prioritise your well-being and build a community grounded in connection, creativity, and care.

#### Do Christmas differently this year.
No tree, no tinsel, no pressure, just presence, connection, and community.
Once again we’re opening our home and private wellbeing studio in Winscombe for a small, heart-led gathering on Christmas Day.
It’s a space for those who wish to step away from the commercial side of Christmas and celebrate in a more connected, mindful, meaningful way. We have done Christmas differently for the last 3 years and found that many like us wish to celebrate it in a more simpler, wholesome, connected way.
Together, we’ll share food, creativity, music, conversation and stillness. The day will be gently guided and co-created by each of those who come, so if you feel inspired to share something (a song, a meditation, a story, a game, an activity or simply your presence), you’re warmly invited to do so.

The Men’s Cave is a supportive, sober space for men to take time out, connect, and look after their wellbeing. It’s not about pressure or performance – just a chance to step away from daily demands and be in the company of others who understand.
With no set agenda, the group offers room for honest conversation, quiet listening, and simple social connection.
Whether you come to share, to talk things through, or simply to be alongside others, The Men’s Cave is a safe and welcoming sober space to nurture mental health, build resilience, and find community.
It may evolve in time, depending on the will of those attending. Lets see!
The event location is at a private wellbeing studio and refreshments are provided, but feel free to bring shareables!
