Anchorvale to -Waterfront-Bird Paradise

MBG is a Friendly & Chill Group, ride to foster friendship among fellow cyclists.
THIS RIDE IS SUITABLE FOR NEWBIES TO ROAD CYCLING!

We will leisurely stroll to the following points:

starting from Anchorvale to
Woodland Waterfront via Yishun Dam, Yishun Ave 8, Admiralty Road East. After we head Bird Paradise via
Jalan Ulu Sembawang,
Mandai Road Bird Paradise before heading back to Anchorvale.

Note:
breakfast point after Woodland waterfront Block 218 Marsiling Crescent for the tasty kway chap.

RIDE DETAILS:
Ride Grading: 2.5-3 (1 Easy - 5 Very Strenuous)

Terrain: Mainly Road

Bike Type: Road /Folding Bikes /Mtb

Distance: ~51 KM

Speed: rolling at 20-24 Km/h

Meeting Point: Anchorvale Essen

Meeting time: 0730 am

Moving out time: 0745am sharp

End time : ~Noon

LTA ROAD RIDING REGULATIONS:

While riding on the road, please ride as below formation:

5 pax of single file per group.
10 pax of 2 abreast per group (provided 2 or more lanes on the road). Single lane road shall adhere with single file of 5 pax.

Between groups shall not be intersect and keep a distance of ~30m for safety and visibility purposes.

Important Safety Instructions!

Follow traffic rules. Stop at red lights.

No overtaking on left.

Only overtaking on the right and check blindspot/traffic on your back before executing.

Ride in a predictable manner and keep to your lane

Keep 3 meters (safe distancing) length from front cyclist.

No sudden braking if you drop something.

Do not ride or stop beside tipper truck or bus.

Always stay behind big vehicles.

Spotted Hazard/Potholes? Echo or show hand signal to the cyclist behind you.

No helmet, No Ride!

Night Rides? Put on yout headlight (White) and taillight (Red)
