In this time of transition, nature reminds us of the beauty in release. This sound journey supports you in softening your grip, surrendering with ease, and creating space for what’s next to unfold.
Allow the healing frequencies to wash through you — clearing, cleansing, and restoring your inner calm.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
What to Bring: Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
